Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. Our return policy is designed to be as clear and fair as possible:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please submit a problem report within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.

  • Lost Packages

    • For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a solution.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    • Customer Remorse

      • We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, except for customers residing in Brazil who must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a picture.

    • Size Exchanges

      • We offer size exchanges at your expense. You will need to place a new order for the correct size.

    • Sealed Goods (e.g., face masks)

      • Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of sealed goods.

    • Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

      • You are responsible for the cost of reshipping orders due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package.

    • Notification for EU Consumers

      • The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please submit a problem report detailing the issue by contacting us, or by filling out the form below Once your report is received, we will provide you with further instructions.

  • Return Address

    • The return address will be provided to you upon submission of a problem report.

  • Refunds

    • Refunds for damaged, defective, or misprinted items will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

    • We ship all orders via standard ground shipping.

    • Estimated delivery times within the United States are 1-5 business days after processing.

    • Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

    • For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    • You can track the status of your order through the carrier's website.

  • International Shipping:

    • We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • Address Accuracy:

    • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
