• Feel free to use any photos that I have used in Social Media on your accounts, as long as it is a repost of the original picture, you provide credit (e.g. 📸 GK Naill), and link to my website (gknaill.com)

Personal Use License (Non-Commercial):

• Social Media: Feel free to share my photos on your personal (non business/commercial) social media platforms, no matter if I posted that picture on my own accounts yet.

• Non-Commercial Projects: You may use my photos for free in non-commercial projects (e.g., blog posts, educational materials) as long as you provide proper credit.

• High-Resolution Images: For personal use, you receive lower-resolution images with a watermark.

• Licensing Fee: The licensing fee is $5 per image per use. This allows you to use the image with your personal use.

• Credit: Even with paid usage, please provide credit by including my name (GK Naill) and a link back to my website or the original photo.

Commercial Use License (Commercial):

• Advertising and Website Use: You can use my photos for your advertisements, use on your website, and more.

• Profit: You can use my photos in an area where you make profit.

• High-Resolution Images: For commercial use, you can purchase high-resolution images without a watermark.

• Licensing Fee: The licensing fee is $100 per image. This allows you to use the image in your commercial projects, including advertising, marketing materials, websites, and publications.

• Credit: Even with paid usage, please provide credit by including my name (GK Naill) and a link back to my website or the original photo.

With any license above, you cannot use my photos in the following ways:

• Prints - You cannot use my photos in any prints, such as fine art, apparel, and more

• Selling  - You cannot sell my photos in any way, such as a digital download, wallpaper packs, and more.

• Claim Ownership - You cannot claim ownership of my photos, then put the photos in your own portfolio, on stock sites (e.g. Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Alamy, etc.)

How to Obtain Images:

1. Fill Out The Form: Please fill out the form below for us to discuss your specific needs and obtain permission for commercial use.

2. Provide Details: Include the following information in your request:

   • Image(s) you want to use

   • Intended use (e.g., website, brochure, advertisement)

   • Distribution channels (e.g., print, online)

   • Approximate print run or audience reach (if applicable)

3. Licensing Agreement: We'll draft a simple licensing agreement that outlines the terms of use, including the fee, credit requirements, and any usage restrictions.
